All Bar One is a chain of stylish cocktail and wine bars in UK city centres, owned by Mitchells & Butlers. It offers Level 2 Bar & Waiting and Chef apprenticeships delivered through on-the-job training, so you don't need to attend college, with routes on to higher-level apprenticeships. Graduates can join Mitchells & Butlers' Graduate Management Scheme, which trains you as an Assistant Manager with the aim of running your own business in around two years.
