PEM is Cambridge's largest firm of accountants, tax and business advisers, founded in 1875. Its trainee accountant and trainee tax adviser programmes take school leavers and graduates through AAT, ACA, ATT and CTA qualifications.

It was founded in 1875 by brothers Robert and Ebenezer Peters, later joined by William Elworthy and Frank Moore, which is where the name Peters Elworthy & Moore (PEM) comes from.
