About Oxygen Conservation
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Exeter, Oxygen Conservation acquires and restores land at scale across England, Scotland, and Wales to protect nature, rebuild biodiversity, and generate natural capital through carbon and biodiversity units. Managing over 50,000 acres across estates from Cornwall and Devon to the Scottish Borders and Highlands, they offer paid 12-month internships across on-the-ground estate rangering, ecology, GIS, data science, technology, ecotourism, natural capital delivery, finance, investment, and social media—with no degree or prior conservation background required.
