Stagecoach is offering a career as a Trainee Bus Driver at their Exeter depot, located at Matford.

What You'll Do

• Complete industry-leading training to secure your PCV licence, followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development as part of your Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.
• Drive a fleet of buses safely and smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers have a great journey and feel respected, cared for, and looked after.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

What You Need to Apply

• Be 18 years old.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Have the right to work in the UK and meet residency requirements (minimum 183 days in the UK, ordinarily resident for the last 3 years, or meet alternative funding criteria).
• A patient, safe, and courteous approach.
• A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
• A willingness to learn and be part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting Pay: £15.16 per hour during training (6-8 weeks).
• Annual Earnings: £33,441.72+ following completion of training (based on 39 hours per week at £16.49ph).
• Training: Fully paid training to gain your PCV licence and a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship qualification.
