Pay Rate
- During Training (4-6 weeks): £13.45 per hour
- During Mentoring:
- Monday - Friday: £15.35 per hour
- Saturday: £16.30 per hour
- Sunday: £17.25 per hour
- After Mentoring:
- Monday - Friday: £17.05 per hour
- Saturday: £18.11 per hour
- Sunday: £19.17 per hour
- Shift Premium (Post 1800 hours): + £0.68 - £0.75 per hour
- Weekend Premium: Saturday - £1.06 / Sunday - £2.12 per hour

Hours of Work
- 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned 6-8 weeks in advance.
- Mornings from 04:00, Afternoons from 12:00, and Evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis.
