Pay Rate
- During Training (4-6 weeks): £13.45 per hour
- During Mentor Training:
- Monday to Friday: £15.53 per hour
- Saturday: £16.43 per hour
- Sunday: £17.33 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £17.33 per hour
- Monday to Sunday (After 6pm): £0.68 per hour supplemental increase

Hours of Work
- 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned 6-8 weeks in advance.
- Rota includes 1 in 3 weekends off, with approximately 1 in 6 being a long weekend (Thursday-Sunday).
- Mornings start from 04:00; evenings finish by 01:30 on a rotational basis.
- Fixed early, afternoon, or evening shifts cannot be offered separately.
- Overtime is available upon request and availability.
