Trainee Apprentice Driver

Stagecoach is looking for friendly, safety-conscious individuals to join their team as Trainee Apprentice Bus Drivers at the Scunthorpe depot.

What You'll Do

• Complete industry-leading training to secure your PCV licence, followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development as part of your Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.
• Drive a fleet of buses safely, smoothly, and with confidence.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey, delivering top-notch customer service.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected and cared for.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

What You Need to Apply

• Be 18 years old or over.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK, with specific residency requirements (minimum 183 days in the UK as part of DVLA requirement, and ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands or British overseas territories for the last 3 years, or meet alternative criteria).
• A patient, safe, and courteous approach.
• A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
• A willingness to learn and be part of a team.
