About the Role
This is an 18-month rotational programme, starting in September 2027, designed to develop you into a well-rounded business professional. You will gain hands-on experience and develop critical skills in project management, problem-solving, and innovation.
Rotations
You will complete three 6-month rotations through departments such as Marketing, Sales and Supply Planning, Customer and Network Support, Fleet and Network Operations. You will also spend time with field teams and in dealerships to gain frontline understanding of the business.
Locations
Most of your time will be spent at the Eco-HQ in Epsom. There may be opportunities to visit other OneToyota offices in London, Portsmouth, Burnaston, and Newcastle.

Entry Requirements
- Recently graduated (within the last 12 months) or on track to graduate in 2027.
- On track to achieve at least a 2:1 degree.
- Ideally, have completed a placement year as part of your degree.
- Ability to communicate confidently with a diverse range of customers.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willing to relocate to a commutable distance of our Eco-HQ in Epsom, Surrey (a relocation grant is offered).
