What you'll do:
- Build technical expertise and work directly with clients.
- Translate complex tax rules into clear, practical advice.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues who will support your learning and development.
- Gain experience in specialist areas such as VAT/indirect tax, employer solutions, private client services, corporate tax, innovation reliefs, transfer pricing, capital allowances, and tax investigations. (In Guildford, opportunities are in Corporate Tax and Private Client Services).
- Work on both compliance and advisory tasks.
- Develop expertise in UK and international tax.

What we're looking for
We seek curious, motivated individuals ready to get involved. Prior tax study is not required; we provide comprehensive training and support.
Entry Requirements:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
- Alternatively, 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
- The permanent right to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
- Please note: RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
Start Date:
- 14 September 2027. This date is mandatory to ensure you receive the full benefit of our structured training from day one.
