About the Role
Join RSM's tax team on a 12-month paid placement as part of your sandwich degree course. You will gain practical experience working with real clients on real challenges, building technical expertise and turning complex tax rules into clear, practical advice.

RSM's specialist tax areas include VAT/indirect tax, employer solutions, private client services, corporate tax, innovation reliefs, transfer pricing, capital allowances and tax investigations.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for under-graduates who are curious, motivated and ready to get involved. You don’t need to have studied tax before – we’ll provide the training, support, and experience to build your career from day one.
Entry Requirements:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level).
- A predicted/obtained honours degree.
- Studying a sandwich degree or a degree where you can take a placement year.
- An existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK.
- A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
Note: RSM doesn’t accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
