What You'll Do
- Work directly with clients and colleagues from day one on both compliance and advisory tasks.
- Build expertise across UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
- Develop the confidence, judgement, and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser.
- Utilise digital tools to work smarter and add more value for clients.
- Gain experience in specialist areas such as VAT/indirect tax, employer solutions, private client services, corporate tax, innovation reliefs, transfer pricing, capital allowances, and tax investigations.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking curious, motivated undergraduates who are ready to get involved. Prior tax study is not required, as training and support will be provided.
Entry Requirements:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification), or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level).
- A predicted or obtained honours degree.
- Currently studying a sandwich degree or a degree that allows for a placement year.
- Existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
- RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
