What You Will Be Doing
- Implement Airbus' 2026/2027 strategic projects within the UK, focusing on both early careers programs and experienced hire recruitment.
- Learn how global projects are structured and deployed at a national level.
- Gain insights into processes, tools, and the human aspects of change.
- Work alongside Talent Acquisition partners to learn candidate relationship management, sourcing, and assessment.

- Contribute to the UK employment marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate for the entire duration of the placement.
- Studying towards a degree in Business, or a Social Science field, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and see them through to completion.
- Ability to digest and assimilate different types of information and extract relevant messages.
- An awareness of talent acquisition, talent attraction, project, or change management.
