Responsibilities
In this placement, you will:
- Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and apply problem-solving techniques.
- Lead individual improvement projects, delivering measurable business benefits.
- Gain hands-on experience of daily operations and end-to-end processes.
- Collaborate with teams across Operations, Inventory, Transport, Planning, and IT.
- Support key operational activities, including new product launches.
- Work on real-life objectives and make a noticeable contribution to your department.
Qualifications
We are looking for:
- Students currently in their penultimate year of university studies, where the course includes the option of completing a sandwich placement before returning to study.
- Students pursuing a degree in Business Management or closely related disciplines.
- Full Right to Work for the duration of the placement (July 2027-July 2028).
