This is a 23-month rotational programme designed to give you exposure to Lidl's core business areas and build your leadership skills. You will gain experience in Stores, Warehouses & Supply Chain, with the aim of developing you into a Retail Manager.
What You'll Do
Year 1:
- Sales (store-based): Gain experience in key store roles, starting as a Customer Assistant and progressing towards store management.
- Logistics (warehouse-based): Learn the fundamentals of logistics and warehousing, rotating through core warehouse areas before joining the management team.
- Supply Chain (regional office-based): Understand product ordering, quality and freshness management, and supplier relations.
Year 2:
- Choose a specialist route in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management.
- Hone your expertise and management experience to advance your early career.
What You'll Need
- Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree.
- Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
- Willingness to travel regularly to stores and live within a commutable distance from your chosen Regional Distribution Centre.
- A full UK driving licence by 1st February 2027.
