About the Role
This 3-year Retail Degree Apprenticeship will see you work across all areas of a Morrisons store, gaining a full overview of store operations and systems. You will then complete leadership training to support your development towards leading your own departments during the scheme.
You will move through a series of rotations in their supermarkets and convenience stores, with the potential to take on an additional placement in their retail support office during your scheme. By the end of the three years, you will be a Manager in one of their stores, responsible for a department and a team of colleagues, holding joint accountability with other Managers for the day-to-day operational running of the store. If successful, you could then apply for their Store Manager development programme.
