Restaurant Manager Apprenticeship Programme

This is a three-year apprenticeship programme designed to train future leaders within Nando's restaurants.

What You'll Do

You will start by working alongside other apprentices, learning the Nando's way of operating. The role involves developing management skills to support your team.

Key responsibilities include:

Front of House:

• Welcoming customers and making them feel at home.
• Efficiently serving customers at the till, understanding their needs.
• Serving food to Nando's high standards.
• Delivering food and drink to tables and ensuring customers have everything they need.
• Managing the takeaway customer experience.
• Setting up, maintaining, handing over, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.
• Performing deep cleaning to Nando's high standards.
• Adhering to all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.

Back of House:

• Preparing, cooking, and serving food to Nando's high standards.
• Setting up, maintaining, handing over, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.
• Performing deep cleaning to Nando's high standards.
• Adhering to all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.

Training and Qualifications

• Pathway to Assistant Manager.
• Level 2 Food and Beverage Team Member qualification.
• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).
