This apprenticeship programme offers a pathway to becoming an Assistant Manager at Nando's.

What You'll Do

As a future leader, you will start by learning the Nando's way of working alongside other apprentices. You will gradually build management skills to support your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Front of House:

• Welcoming customers and making them feel at home.
• Efficiently serving customers at the till, understanding their needs.
• Serving food to Nando's high standards.
• Bringing food and drink to the table and ensuring customers have everything they need.
• Managing the takeaway customer experience.
• Setting up, maintaining, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.
• Handling deep cleaning to Nando's high standards.
• Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.

Back of House:

• Preparing, cooking, and serving food to Nando's high standards.
• Setting up, maintaining, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.
• Handling deep cleaning to Nando's high standards.
• Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.

Training

• Pathway to Assistant Manager.
• Level 3 Food and Beverage Team Member.
• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).
• Apprenticeship standard: Food and beverage team member (level 2).
• Training provider: LIFETIME TRAINING GROUP LIMITED.
