Restaurant Manager Apprenticeship Programme

This is a three-year apprenticeship programme to become a Restaurant Manager.

What You'll Do

You will start by working alongside other apprentices, learning the Nando's way of working and how to bring the heat for customers every day. You will gradually build your management skills to help others bring their passion every day.

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

Front of House:

• Giving a warm welcome to customers and making them feel at home.
• Serving customers efficiently at the till, understanding their needs.
• Serving food to Nando's high standards.
• Bringing food and drink to the table and ensuring customers have everything they need.
• Managing the takeaway customer experience.
• Setting up, maintaining, handing over, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.
• Handling deep cleaning to Nando's high standards.
• Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.

Back of House:

• Preparing, cooking, and serving food to Nando's high standards.
• Setting up, maintaining, handing over, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.
• Handling deep cleaning to Nando's high standards.
• Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.

Training

• Pathway to Assistant Manager
• Level 3 Food and Beverage Team Member qualification
• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
