The Broker Support and Operations teams ensure the smooth running of the business behind the scenes, maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, producing reports, and supporting key projects to deliver excellent client service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Begin with a structured induction before joining the Broker Support & Operations team.
- Learn how reinsurance solutions help insurance companies manage risk.
- Support day-to-day tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Administer insurance policies and contracts, including updating records and processing documentation changes.
- Support projects, carry out data checks, and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily activities and exceptional client service.
- Prepare performance reports using data on income, budgets, and team results.

- Lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years.

- Do not already hold a qualification that significantly overlaps with this apprenticeship.
