MEH (Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC) Supply Chain Industrial Placement

This 12-month Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC (MEH) Supply Chain Industrial Placement offers the opportunity to support the delivery of Hinkley Point C, one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do

• Gain hands-on experience in contract management, supplier engagement, and strategic procurement.
• Support the delivery of major contracts and supplier relationships across the MEH programme.
• Gain insight into procurement, contract management, and governance processes.
• Contribute to contract administration, supplier performance management, cost control, and commercial reporting.
• Support the use of NEC3 contract management processes and track contract changes.
• Assist with data analysis, Power BI reporting, supplier engagement, and strategic procurement activities.

Your Work Location

• Based at the Bridgwater Satellite Delivery Centres and the Hinkley Point C site.
• Transport to the Hinkley Point C site is provided from several collection points.

Who You Are

• Studying towards, or have already achieved, a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Geography, Science, Supply Chain and Logistics, or a closely related discipline.
• An interest in commercial management, procurement, data analysis, and major project delivery.
• Must meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which ordinarily requires UK residency for at least three of the past five years.

• Starting Salary: £26,050 per annum.
