About the Role
Our Marine, Cargo & Logistics teams help clients protect their ships, cargo, and transport operations from risks such as damage, theft, accidents, or delays. You will gain exposure across these teams, working with brokers, technicians, and claims professionals to learn how we support our clients. This will help you discover your interests and strengths.
What you'll be doing:
- Start with a structured induction.
- Rotate across different areas of Marine, Cargo, and Logistics insurance.
- Learn how businesses use insurance to protect their assets.
- Process insurance information and client requests.
- Understand the lifecycle of an insurance policy from enquiry to renewal.
- Maintain systems and client records.

- Lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years.
- Achieved a grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths.
- Not already hold a qualification that significantly overlaps with this apprenticeship.
