About the Role

Managed Solutions (MS) use cutting-edge technology to help companies solve some of their biggest challenges. Our clients span different industries worldwide, and we step in to advise when they may be facing crises, having regulatory issues, or overwhelming workloads. Our work might include managing huge numbers of customer complaints for banks, reviewing documents during legal battles, or helping government agencies support people in need.

We'll give you great training and support during your first year, including regular team meetings, social events, and opportunities to network.

What You'll Do

When working in Managed Solutions, you'll develop a working knowledge of our clients, industries, markets, and the wider commercial environment. You will:

  • Build meaningful relationships internally and with our clients.
  • Work with interesting clients, helping to solve their most complex challenges.
  • Be assigned to one of our engagements where you will apply your existing skills and knowledge.
  • Support the growth of Managed Solutions by contributing to business development and bid work.
  • Get involved in our various charitable, volunteering, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of relevant technical and industry insights.
  • Develop skills in problem-solving, presenting, analysing data and information, business acumen, and relationship building.

How You'll Develop

As well as developing key consulting skills, we will support you through tailored learning pathways to help you succeed. These pathways will develop your professional skills in areas such as project management, negotiation, and delivering effective presentations. In addition, you will be able to enhance your technical expertise in areas such as cloud computing, software development, and automation.

During your continuous development journey, you will be fully supported with an assigned coach and people leader who will support you in your personal development and help you to create and agree your objectives. They will also be able to suggest the key courses available to you at your level to ensure you get the most benefit out of the courses you choose. Our dedicated MS training team are also available to provide support and advice on the significant amount of learning opportunities available to you.

At Deloitte, we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

All our workspaces are accessible. However, if you require further flexibility due to a health condition or caring responsibilities, please discuss this with our team. You can find further information on our parent and carer policies here.
