Greenwich Leisure (GLL) is recruiting for 2x Leisure Team Member Apprentices to work at Pools on the Park, Richmond.

What you'll do:
Customer Experience
- Assist customers with queries about services and products.
- Support diverse customer needs.
- Gather customer feedback and handle complaints.
- Assist with delivering swimming lessons (qualification dependent).
- Educate customers on the role of exercise in health and wellbeing.
- Conduct gym inductions and health screenings (qualification dependent).
- Plan and deliver exercise sessions to meet customer goals.
People Experience
- Uphold GLL's visions and values.
- Participate in all apprenticeship workshops, meetings, and reviews.
- Meet all training and qualification deadlines.
- Achieve and maintain necessary qualifications, including ongoing CPD training.

Training and Qualifications
This is an 18-month Leisure Team Member apprenticeship programme. You will gain the following qualifications:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- First Aid at Work (Level 3)
- Certificate in Teaching Swimming
- Level 2 Gym Instructor
Full on-the-job and off-the-job training will be provided by GLL and SCL.
