The Internal Growth team identifies opportunities for clients to benefit from other areas of Howden's business, connects the right people, and helps turn ideas into action. You will work within the insurance broking business in a strategic role, collaborating with senior leaders and helping teams support existing clients and grow the business. Your responsibilities will include tracking results, creating campaigns, preparing presentations, and supporting projects, giving you a broad view of Howden.
You will join Howden on a permanent basis from day one.
What you'll be doing?
- Begin with a structured induction before joining the Internal Growth team.
- Learn to use data to track activity, monitor progress, and understand what is working well.
- Support campaigns that encourage teams across Howden to identify and share opportunities for existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging communications.
- Assist with preparing clear presentations and updates for meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Take accurate notes in key meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
- Build insurance knowledge through formal learning and practical experience.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Lived permanently in the UK for the last 3 years.
- Achieved a grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths.
- Do not already hold a qualification that significantly overlaps with this apprenticeship.
