Your Role

You will support a range of design projects for hotels across EMEA, gaining a practical understanding of interior design within the hospitality industry. You will own and manage small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support design for projects across Europe, including new developments, conversions, and renovations.
  • Work closely with the Director of Design to establish design direction and brand identity for EMEA.
  • Prepare design narratives and material boards.
  • Research new designers and manage the designer database for EMEA.
  • Create preferred designer lists for projects.
  • Meet with FF&E suppliers to review and find new products.
  • Manage the FF&E library.
  • Assist with general team administration.
  • Assist in coordination and planning of team meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong alignment to Hilton's culture and values.
  • A current bachelor’s or master’s student completing an Interior Design related degree with a required 12-month year in industry placement.
  • Availability to start full-time on 5th July 2027 for a 12-month placement.
  • Independent right to work in the UK for the full duration of the placement. Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • A strong desire to progress a career in the hotel industry.
  • Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good planning, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for driving a right-first-time approach to project development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude, proactivity, and resilience.
