What You Can Expect
- This is a three-year programme focused on corporate leadership, strategy, and business growth.
- You will develop your knowledge of commercial and high-net-worth insurance while working on projects that support growth across your region.
- Gain first-hand experience of how NFU Mutual builds and maintains strong relationships with key business partners.
- You will work towards CII qualifications.
- Support will be provided through experienced colleagues, a dedicated buddy, and a mentor.

What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: At least a 2:2 degree in any subject.
- Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, self-management, initiative, teamwork, collaboration, time management, organisation, adaptability, resilience, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: While industry experience or a placement year would be an advantage, it is not essential. Experience of work where you've interacted with people, built communication skills, and learned to work with others is valued.
- Travel: Expect to spend three to four days a week travelling across your region. The remaining time will usually be spent working from home.
- Licence: A full UK driving licence is mandatory.
