Our Broughton-based team guarantees the traceability, quality, safety and airworthiness of all supplied, sub-contracted and manufactured products and services for Airbus Commercial Wings. We aim for excellence to ensure customer trust and confidence.
What You Will Be Doing
As an intern, you will learn about the Quality function's role in the Airbus production system and be responsible for delivering your own tasks and projects. Activities may include:
- Developing and deploying projects, from gathering requirements to user acceptance testing and deployment.
- Delivering changes, best practices, and synergies by working with transnational Quality teams to deploy harmonised Quality Standards and supporting processes.
- Supporting and potentially leading business improvement projects to enhance product and business processes.
- Familiarisation with digital tools (Google Suite, big data tools) to analyse data and support non-conformance reduction.
Requirements
- You must be an undergraduate for the entire duration of the placement.
- Studying towards a degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Digital, Data Science, or an equivalent degree.
- A passion for Airbus and the aviation industry.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
