Placement Opportunities

We have several placement opportunities within the Human Resources team:

  • Talent Acquisition: Support the attraction and hiring of talent across EMEA. You could join sub-teams focusing on General Manager & Operations recruitment or Early Careers recruitment (graduates and internships).
  • EMEA Compensation & Benefits: Assist with designing and promoting reward, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives. You'll work on compensation reviews, salary surveys, and market trend research.
  • Corporate HR Consulting: Gain experience in a fast-paced HR generalist team, partnering with business stakeholders. This role supports HR Consulting leads on employee relations, regional initiatives, and engagement, as well as HR Operations for EMEA hotels.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong alignment with Hilton's culture and values.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree that requires a 12-month year in industry placement.
  • Availability to start full-time on 5th July 2027 for a 12-month placement.
  • Independent right to work in the UK for the full duration (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • A genuine interest in Human Resources.

Selection Process:

  • Application Deadline: Sunday 1st November 2026.
  • Stages: Online assessments, followed by an assessment centre at our EMEA Headquarters in Watford on 10th December 2026.
