What you will be doing:
As part of the HR UK Transformation and Digital team, you will support key objectives including:
- Transformation and Change: Assist in the company's transformation by supporting the new HR organisation, implementing new HR tools, and fostering new ways of working.
- Digital and Data: Enhance HR operations and services through the deployment of new digital capabilities, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
- HR Performance: Contribute to a robust system for measuring process efficiency and linking key performance indicators to strategic priorities.
- Employee Experience: Simplify HR initiatives and focus on continuous improvement to deliver effective HR solutions.
- HR4HR: Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to promote personal and professional development opportunities for the HR community.
- Communication and Change Management: Support HR communications, project management, and change activities.
Requirements:
- Must be an undergraduate for the entire duration of the placement.
- Studying towards a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Project Management, Digital/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Ideally, experience in team working and a collaborative approach.
