About the Role
This apprenticeship will teach you the foundations of high net-worth motor and home insurance, and how an Account Handler supports clients.
What you'll do:
- Build your confidence speaking with clients and understanding their individual insurance needs.
- Help the team manage communications with insurers and underwriters to find appropriate insurance solutions for clients.
- Manage client enquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
- Learn how amendments to insurance policies are managed, as well as the policy renewals process.

What happens at the end:
Apprentices join Howden on permanent contracts from day one. After successfully completing the 18-month programme, you'll transition out of the apprenticeship and continue developing your skills, expertise and career within your chosen area of the business.
