About the Role

The two-year Graduate GROW Programme supports your transition from student to professional, integrating you with client work and real projects from day one. Your journey will be unique, shaped by your chosen specialism and the projects you contribute to. You will build technical expertise through client engagements and project work, while business acumen and professional skills will be developed through centrally delivered graduate cohort training. While there are no formal rotations, managers encourage graduates to seek opportunities to broaden their experience.
