Key Takeaways

  • Two-year Graduate GROW Programme focused on project management.
  • Gain experience in infrastructure, buildings, water, and environmental sectors.
  • Requires a 2:2 in a relevant degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
  • Application closing date: 6th November 2026.

About the Role

Our two-year Graduate GROW Programme supports your transition from student to professional, sitting along client work and real projects from day one. Each graduate’s journey is unique, shaped by their chosen specialism and the variety of projects they contribute to. You will build your technical expertise by contributing to meaningful client engagements and project work, whilst business acumen and professional skills will be developed through centrally delivered graduate cohort training. Although there are no formal rotations, graduates are encouraged and supported by their managers to proactively seek opportunities, to broaden their experience and support their development.

As a project manager joining GROW, you’ll be working within a diverse team, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for monitoring progress of project work, liaising with clients, implementing timely resolution to issues, identifying risks in the delivery, and coordinating with contractors, given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

Project Management

As a project manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of innovative and sustainable projects across sectors such as infrastructure, buildings, water, and the environment. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will help plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from inception to completion.

You’ll be responsible for assisting with project planning, scheduling and budgeting, supporting the development of project plans and timelines, and helping to monitor budgets and track progress. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating clear and effective communication with both team members and clients, as well as embracing sustainability and digital innovation.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn project management best practices, develop technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a positive impact on people and the planet.
