Controls design is a specialist discipline requiring skills in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, ICT/digital, and problem-solving. You will also work on optimising the performance and energy efficiency of existing buildings by analysing data and diagnosing issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with engineering teams on building design projects to establish controls principles.
- Producing controls/BMS specifications and drawings.
- Working with contractors to review their design development.
- Attending site to check BMS installation and test functionality.
