- Gain exposure to refurbishment and maintenance projects within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a RICS accredited master's or bachelor's degree.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working is embraced where possible).
