About the Role

Our two-year Graduate GROW Programme supports your transition from student to professional, working on client work and real projects from day one. Your journey will be unique, shaped by your chosen specialism and the projects you contribute to. You will build technical expertise through client engagements and project work, while business acumen and professional skills will be developed through centrally delivered graduate cohort training. Although there are no formal rotations, managers encourage graduates to proactively seek opportunities to broaden their experience and support their development.

As an engineer joining GROW, you will specialise within your chosen discipline and obtain the appropriate experiences to become a technical expert. Being an Engineer at Arcadis involves applying a human filter to technical expertise and training, making an impact through innovation and creativity. During this two-year programme, you will develop core engineering and consulting techniques applicable to working with clients in the UK and potentially internationally.

Role Accountabilities

Our inclusive and diverse Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation team works across a broad spectrum of UK and international projects and industrial sectors. This offers variation in work, experience, and challenges within Building Services. Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation Engineers are involved in the design of all aspects from Electrical distribution and Motor Control, through to Instrumentation, Industrial Control, and Automation. Everything you do will have sustainability at its heart, through the design of energy-efficient electrical systems and renewable energy systems and their integration.
