About the Role
This is a 36-month development programme designed to accelerate your career in finance leadership within Hilton's EMEA region. You will gain immersive experience across core hotel finance functions, operations, commercial, and human resources.

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (completed by 1st September 2027).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Eligibility to work in the EMEA region.
- Full mobility across the EMEA region and willingness to relocate for placements.
- Aspiration to become a future financial leader.
- Commitment to managing a full-time role while studying for your CIMA qualification.
- Availability to start full-time employment on 1st September 2027.
Salary
Salary is determined by the country of placement. For placements within the EU, starting salaries range from €30,000 to €40,000 per year. Separate locally determined salaries apply in the Czech Republic and Poland. Salaries are fixed for each placement location and are not subject to individual negotiation. If a participant moves to a placement in another country, the salary applicable to that location will apply.
Selection Process
