Our Finance Graduate Programme offers three rotations within the Finance function, providing hands-on experience and skill development from day one. You will study towards a professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA), with support from mentoring, leadership training, and a graduate community.
Upon completion of the programme and exams, you will be a fully qualified accountant, progressing into a junior leadership role at Whitbread.

What You'll Need:
- A degree in a numerate or analytical discipline (e.g., Finance & Accounting, Economics, Sciences, Mathematics, Data Science), with a minimum of a 2:1, achieved or to be achieved within the last two years.
- A passion for building a Finance career and making an impact at the UK's largest hospitality company.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate presentations and build effective working relationships.
