About the Role
This is a three-year programme where you will gain hands-on experience across a range of Finance roles, partnering with teams across the business to influence commercial decisions for some of Reckitt's most trusted brands.

Scheme Structure
The three-year programme involves rotations in different areas of finance:
- Year 1: Commercial Finance (Sales Finance) in Slough.
- Year 2: Manufacturing Finance in Nottingham or Hull (relocation required).
- Year 3: Corporate Finance or Commercial Finance in Slough or Hayes.
