About the Role
This is a 12-month Corporate Placement Programme within the Feasibility & Investment Analysis department at Hilton's Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Headquarters in Watford.
What You'll Do
- Embark on a 12-month structured programme with learning and development opportunities, business support, and project-based initiatives.
- Gain hands-on operational experience and insight into Hilton's international Feasibility & Investment Analysis Team, with exposure to at least one other business area.
- Apply your skills to real-world, business-driven projects.
- Access Hilton University's e-learning modules and business library.
- Receive personalised guidance through regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct market research and support team members on projects.
- Prepare hotel projections and valuations for Development, Real Estate, Finance, and Executive Management functions.
- Prepare performance analyses for existing and proposed hotels.
- Prepare internal/external presentations.
- Assist with occasional administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- A current bachelor’s or master’s student completing a degree that includes a required 12-month year in industry placement.
- Preferred degrees: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, or Hospitality.
- Availability to start full-time employment on 5th July 2027 for a 12-month placement.
- Must have the independent right to work in the UK for the full duration of the placement. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- A passion for the hospitality industry and awareness of hotel/tourism market trends.
- Familiarity with geographic hotel markets in Europe.
- Knowledge of key international hotel brands and concepts is preferred.
- Ability to build financial spreadsheets in Excel.
- An additional EMEA language is beneficial but not essential.
- A genuine interest in Feasibility & Investment Analysis.
