As an apprentice, you will learn how to help manage different areas of a workplace. This could include supporting building inspections, helping with emergency training exercises, responding to new work requests, and working with project teams. You may also help review safety documents for maintenance work, speak with teams who use the buildings, and build good working relationships with internal customers.
Opportunities when you complete your apprenticeship
When you complete your apprenticeship, you could move into a Facilities Management role at AWE. You would use the knowledge and experience you have gained to help support our buildings, work with the people based in them, and contribute ideas that help improve how AWE operates.
