About the Role
This is a 12-month industrial placement within PepsiCo's Supply Chain team, starting in July 2027 on a full-time basis. You will work on real-world supply chain engineering projects, managing them from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
In this placement you will:
- Take ownership of supply chain engineering projects, managing them from capital investment build through to final approval.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects to agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Develop robust solutions to business challenges, considering sustainability, cost, return on investment, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate within the Supply Chain Engineering Projects team to improve supply chain performance.
- Work on real-life objectives and make a noticeable contribution to your department.
Qualifications
We are looking for:
- Students currently in their penultimate year of university studies, with a course that includes a sandwich placement year.
- Students pursuing a degree in Mechanical/Electrical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or closely related disciplines.
- Students who have the full right to work in the UK for the duration of the placement (July 2027-July 2028).
