You will provide expert advice on repairs, maintenance, and restoration options, while also participating in the development of both new and existing buildings. During the graduate programme, you will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of activities within the UK and also potentially across Europe, from conducting building surveys and preparing schedules of condition, to managing dilapidations and construction projects.
