What We're Looking For

Qualifications and Skills

You'll need to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, for at least a 2:2 degree. Whilst a degree in a numerate or analytical subject may be beneficial, we welcome applications from candidates from a wide range of academic backgrounds who can demonstrate strong analytical thinking, curiosity and a passion for digital innovation.

We're particularly interested in graduates who are excited by the opportunities data and technology create, and who enjoy solving problems, understanding customer behaviour and turning insight into action.

To help you succeed on the scheme, you’ll bring:

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving - able to interpret information, identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Numerical confidence - comfortable working with data and presenting information clearly.
  • Communication and storytelling - able to explain complex findings in a simple, engaging way.
  • Stakeholder engagement - confident building relationships and working with different audiences.
  • Digital curiosity - interested in digital products, customer journeys and online experiences.
  • Digital literacy - experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools would be advantageous.
  • Teamwork and collaboration - enjoy working with others to solve problems and achieve shared goals.
  • Initiative and willingness to learn - motivated to develop new technical and professional skills.

If you can bring these qualities, we'll help you develop the rest.

Work Experience

Industry experience or a placement year would be a real advantage, but it isn’t essential. What matters most is that you’ve had some experience of work where you’ve been able to interact with people, build your communication skills and learn how to work well with others.
