This 9-week internship is designed to give you hands-on experience, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to build skills that are valuable across any career path. You’ll collaborate across teams, tackle complex challenges, and see how data, analytics, and emerging tools—including AI—are used responsibly to drive decisions.
Throughout the program, you will develop foundational skills in one of three core disciplines:

- Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support decision-making through structured problem solving
- Use modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate insight generation
- Project Management – Turn ideas into execution
- Support the delivery of projects that drive business priorities
- Coordinate across teams to keep work on track and aligned
- Identify risks, solve problems, and adapt as priorities evolve
- Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders at different levels
- Process Improvement – Turn complexity into simplicity
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support initiatives that enhance processes, systems, or ways of working
- Use data to understand root causes and inform solutions
- Help implement changes that drive sustainable, measurable impact
This program is designed for students seeking broad, transferable business skills. It is not aligned to front-office, client-facing, or software engineering roles. Instead, it’s ideal for students who enjoy working with data, are intellectually curious, and want to solve problems and improve processes.
High-performing Summer Analysts may receive an offer to return for our full-time program—a two-year rotational experience across all three disciplines – Analytics, Project Management, and Process Improvement .
