Your Starting Point
You will join one of two solutions:
- Finance Function Support: Focuses on financial reporting, compliance, and decision-making.
- Risk and Governance: Involves analysing data, testing risk management, and delivering recommendations.
What You Could Be Doing
- Preparing statutory financial statements and supporting financial reporting.
- Transforming financial information into actionable insights.
- Interacting with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Conducting interviews, analysing data, and testing risk management processes.
- Participating in the audit and assurance lifecycle.
- Providing practical recommendations for organisational improvement.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking curious individuals who are not afraid to ask questions and enjoy working collaboratively. You do not need prior experience.
Entry Requirements:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification) OR 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
- Existing permanent right to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
Note: RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
