Your Starting Point
You will join one of two solutions:
- Finance Function Support: Focuses on financial reporting, compliance, and preparing businesses for the future.
- Risk and Governance: Involves analysing data, testing risk management, and ensuring organisations operate effectively.
What You Could Be Doing
You will spend five days a week in the office or with clients. Depending on your chosen solution, your tasks may include:
- Preparing statutory financial statements and supporting financial reporting.
- Transforming financial information into actionable insights for clients.
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels of client organisations.
- Conducting interviews, reviewing documents, and analysing data related to risk management.
- Participating in the audit and assurance process, including report writing and presenting findings.
- Developing and delivering practical recommendations for organisational improvement.
What We Are Looking For
RSM is seeking curious individuals who are not afraid to ask questions, enjoy getting involved, and work well with others. No prior experience is required.
Entry Requirements:
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A-levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
- Alternatively, 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
- Existing permanent right to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
Note: RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
