About the Role

This is an opportunity to start earning and continue learning in a consulting role at RSM.

What is Consulting?

Organisations are navigating new technology, changing regulation, economic uncertainty and rising expectations. They need people who can connect ideas, understand businesses and solve problems that rarely have straightforward answers.

From day one, you'll contribute to real client work, learning alongside experienced colleagues and gradually taking on more responsibility.

Your Starting Point

You’ll join one of two solutions: Finance Function Support or Risk and Governance.

What You Could Be Doing

You’ll spend five days a week in the office or with clients. Depending on your solution, you could be:

  • Preparing statutory financial statements and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities.
  • Turning financial information into meaningful insight that helps clients make confident decisions.
  • Meeting people at every level of an organisation.
  • Conducting interviews, reviewing documents, analysing data and testing how organisations manage risk.
  • Taking part in the full audit and assurance lifecycle.
  • Delivering practical recommendations that help organisations strengthen the way they work.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for curious people who aren’t afraid to ask questions, who want to get involved and who enjoy working with others.

Entry Requirements:

  • A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification) or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
  • An existing permanent right to live and work in the UK.
  • A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Start Date:

  • 14 April 2027

What We Can Offer You

  • Structured training and professional qualifications (AAT qualification).
  • Real client experience.
  • A mix of client work, structured training, paid study leave, time at college, mentoring and internal development programmes.
  • Access to lifestyle, health and wellbeing benefits, including financial wellbeing support.

Please note we can only consider one application per person per recruitment cycle.
