From day one, you'll contribute to real client work, learning alongside experienced colleagues and gradually taking on more responsibility.

Your Starting Point

You’ll join one of our two biggest solutions: Finance Function Support or Risk and Governance. You will develop a valuable range of skills that could ultimately lead you anywhere in Consulting.

What You Could Be Doing

You’ll spend five days a week in the office or with clients, working with experienced colleagues.

Depending on your chosen solution, you could be:

• Preparing statutory financial statements and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities.
• Turning financial information into meaningful insight to help clients make confident decisions.
• Meeting people at every level of an organisation.
• Conducting interviews, reviewing documents, analysing data, and testing how organisations manage risk.
• Taking part in the full audit and assurance lifecycle.
• Delivering practical recommendations to help organisations strengthen their operations.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for people who are curious, aren’t afraid to ask questions, want to get involved, and enjoy working with others. You don't need prior experience or to know exactly where your career is heading.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification) or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• An existing permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
