About the Role

About the Human Capital Team

Our global Human Capital practice focuses on unlocking human potential for individuals, organisations, and society. We integrate human experience with technological advancement to drive successful transformation and empower people in a changing world.

Within our Technology & Transformation business, Human Capital operates across four core teams: HR Strategy & Transformation, Organisation & Workforce Transformation, Major Programmes, and Actuarial, Insurance & Banking. This role covers HR Strategy & Transformation (Advisory), Organisation & Workforce Transformation, and Major Programmes.

HR Strategy & Transformation (Advisory)

This team drives major shifts in HR mindset, roles, capabilities, and digital enablers. We provide end-to-end solutions for HR strategy, design, implementation, and operations. Working across public, financial, and private sectors, we focus on employee experience and people-focused technology, including AI and generative AI, to transform HR functions.

Organisation & Workforce Transformation

We help organisations across sectors align their operating model, structure, talent, leadership, and culture with business strategies that address external forces like sustainability and emerging technologies. Our goal is to deliver and sustain true transformation, making work better for people.

Major Programmes

This team specialises in the design, mobilisation, delivery, and recovery of high-investment, high-impact transformation and infrastructure programmes. We address the complexity of these initiatives, drawing on expertise across Deloitte to ensure people are central to clients' most challenging projects.
