Our global Human Capital practice focuses on unlocking human potential through technology and transformation. We operate across four core teams: HR Strategy & Transformation, Organisation & Workforce Transformation, Major Programmes, and Actuarial, Insurance & Banking. This role covers the first three of these areas.
- HR Strategy & Transformation (Advisory): We help HR functions reinvent themselves through end-to-end solutions, focusing on strategy, design, implementation, and operations. We leverage people-focused technology, including AI and generative AI, to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
- Organisation & Workforce Transformation: We help organisations align their operating model, structure, talent, leadership, and culture with business strategies to address external forces like sustainability and emerging technologies. Our goal is to make work better for people.
- Major Programmes: We specialise in the design, mobilisation, delivery, and recovery of high-investment, high-impact transformation and infrastructure programmes, ensuring they deliver the required benefits.
